About CBWRA

CBWRA MISSION

The Census Bureau Welfare and Recreation Association (CBWRA) was organized in 1950 to promote the health and well-being of employees and to provide athletic, social and other events and programs of an entertaining or educational nature. For just $3.00, the annual cost of membership, you can participate in the organizations sponsored by the CBWRA and take advantage of our many discounts--movie ticket, and more. You can rent camping and recreation equipment. A Weight Watchers program is conducted during lunch time. Check out our current events for all the latest news.

All BEA and Census Bureau employees and contractors at headquarters are invited to become members of the CBWRA. To join, contact a board member and purchase a membership card.
